Pensec
  Bob
Pensec has been the majority owner of Carbide Grinding
Company, Inc. for over thirty years. The company provides
Close Tolerance Cutting Tools to businesses manufacturing
aerospace, automotive and medical devices.
Mr. Pensec graduated from The College of William and
Mary in 1964. Following graduation, he was recruited
by the former Delco Remy Division of General Motors
Corporation and was a buyer for the division for five
years before leaving General Motors to become a partner
and later principal shareholder in Carbide Grinding
Company.
In 1994, Mr. Pensec was one of the ten "founders" of
Anderson Community Bank. This Bank merged with Pendleton
Banking Company and is an affiliate of First Merchants
Bank. Additionally, Mr. Pensec is a leader in the community
having served on several civic boards and is the current
President of the Madison County Community Foundation.
